If your goal is not a realistic one, the chance is that you will not be able to achieve the goal. And you will just quit when you see that you cannot achieve your goal. #5 There are people who do not want to hit the gym because of their body shape. Remember, you will need to do exercises in order to lose weight. You will not be able to lose pounds if you do not go to the gym and have some exercises. So, it will not be a good idea if you do not hit the gym just because you think that you are not having a good looking body shape now.
